I was shown this video last night and it's worth sharing. It takes two minutes to watch Michael Pollan sum up why cooking your meals at home is the most basic thing you can do to improve your health through diet. I'm on board 100% - making the transition to eating 'real food', i.e. staying away from almost anything that comes frozen, dried, packaged in plastic or in a can, is the nutritional choice that has made the most difference in my health, without a doubt. Get out your spatulas, everyone!
